Tomekia joined Highland Trust Partners in 2015 when the firm was founded. As Director of Operations, her primary focus is managing the firm’s day-to-day operations. She serves as the key contact for clients, assists with account service and inquiries, manages partners’ calendars, oversees budgeting and office expenses, organizes seminars, and contributes to marketing strategy and implementation.

Before joining Highland Trust Partners, Tomekia worked with Wachovia Securities (later Wells Fargo Advisors), where she began her career in 2005 as a Client Associate for Mark Cross. Many of the responsibilities she handles today were part of her role at Wells Fargo Advisors. Tomekia was frequently recognized for her diligence, strong work ethic, and commitment to assisting clients, training fellow Client Associates, and supporting other advisors when needed.
